K2K Law was founded to serve clients who require more than traditional IP litigation. Our practice integrates courtroom advocacy, claim-centric analysis, and data-driven strategy to support informed decision-making across the full life of a patent or trademark portfolio.

We advise clients before disputes arise, during active litigation, and throughout portfolio development, licensing, and monetization initiatives — always with a litigation-ready, business-aligned mindset.
That work spans both principal forms of registered intellectual property. Alongside the patent practice, K2K handles trademark prosecution and enforcement — clearance and filing strategy, office actions, policing and watch services, marketplace and customs enforcement, and contested proceedings before the TTAB and in federal court. The approach is the one we bring to patents: a registration is prosecuted so that it holds up when it is challenged.
